    • Owned engineering issues end-to-end on a customer platform instance, from login errors to PDF viewer bugs and master data sync.
    • Researched how a layered data-architecture standard could be implemented on the company's platform, and presented the findings.
    • Maintained a customer data project: fixed bugs and built workflows and Salesforce integrations to bring in new data.
    • Learned an existing project and Salesforce from the ground up to contribute to a high-volume alerts system; recognized at the project's presentation meeting.
    • Built an AI agent from scratch, solo; well received by the team.
    • Rebuilt and improved an existing internal AI tool, applying what I learned building that agent.
    • Now expanding into agent interoperability: learning A2A and MCP.
